What is the minimum amount of merch I can order?

We don't have a minimum order. We are happy to do whatever you need. However because of screen set up costs, quotes start at $60, even for orders of one shirt.

What inks do you use?

We use Permaset water based eco inks to reduce our environmental impact.

What do you print on?

We print on recycled t-shirts and most apparel items. Send us an email if there is anything specific you wanted printed.

How many colours can I have in my design?

We can do up to 4 colours for each print.

How should I send in my artwork?

Please send your artwork to us via email friendlyprinters.alice@gmail.com

If you are familiar with designing things and computer land (like Alice);

• Saved as a .tiff 300dpi file.

• All designs, need to be saved in solid black (please send us a colour reference of the colour you wish the design to be printed in.

• If the design is more than one colour, each print colour seperation is to be saved as its own file and in black. Each colour of the design needs to be separated into layers with registration marks.

If you kind of get it but aren’t a photoshop magician (like Vinny);

• Shoot us a .pdf or a .psd file of your design

• The art must contain not more than four different colours

• The thinnest lines cannot be less than 0.25 point

• There can be no gradients, shadows, or colour tints

• All text should be converted to outline

Can I supply my own tshirts?

Yes, we would recommend providing us with 5% excess stock for misprints.

How can I make my payments?

Bank transfer is our most preferred payment. But get in touch if you’d like to sort out another payment method.
